We want you to rest easy — literally. Every Silene comes with a 30-Night Trial.
THE 30-NIGHT TRIAL
Try Silene at home for 30 nights from the date your order is delivered. If it isn't
right for you, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at tilenoglas@gmail.com within your 30-night window. We'll reply with return
instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
CONDITIONS
- The device must be returned to receive a refund.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- There are no restocking fees.
- Please return the device with its accessories, in reusable condition where possible.
YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full product price to your
original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of
receipt; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Original
shipping (if any) is not refundable.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your
purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in addition to our 30-night trial.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
Silene is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the
date of delivery. If your device is faulty, contact us and we'll repair or replace it.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights
(including the EU legal conformity guarantee).
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and
we'll make it right at no cost to you.
