SHIPPING POLICY
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer free, tracked shipping on every order, to customers worldwide. There are no
minimum-order requirements.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (often sooner). You'll
receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to
doorstep is typically around 10–13 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and
may vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.
DUTIES & CUSTOMS
No surprise fees — customers are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Any applicable duties are covered by us.
TRACKING
Every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived
within the estimated window, email tilenoglas@gmail.com and we'll help.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for
orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but contact us and
we'll do our best to help.
