These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from
Intertil d.o.o. ("Silene," "we," "us"), registered in Slovenia. By using the site or
placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. PRODUCTS
Silene is a consumer wellness device for relaxation and sleep support. It is NOT a
medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or
condition, including tinnitus. See our Medical Disclaimer for details. Product images
and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.
2. ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to
correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud
or stock issues); if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
3. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By ordering, you confirm you
are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
4. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds by our Refund & Return
Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. WARRANTY & STATUTORY RIGHTS
Silene includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in
addition to and does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including the EU legal
conformity guarantee.
6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER & ACCEPTABLE USE
Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult
a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concern, and before use if you
have a pacemaker or implanted device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy or a heart or
neurological condition. Use the device as instructed.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law,
including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (text, images, logos, the "Silene" name) is owned by or
licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, subject to any mandatory consumer
protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online
Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
